By using or signing up for Tod'sHut.com, the user and the entities or the person they represent (user/ users) agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms and conditions set forward herein including the additional terms and conditions and policies reference here and/or available through hyperlink throughout the website. This terms and condition applies to all users, including and without limitation to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or content contributors.

Permitted use

The following terms and conditions are regarding the permitted usage of our services available at Tod’s Hut website.

Registration

In consideration of your use of online information resources, products, web directory(ies), index(es), general materials and data including all the third party services (collectively all the services provided to you the user, from time to time whether it’s online or offline), you represent that you are a holder of credit card/ debit car or such facilities provided by banks and undertake and agree to.

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Tod’s Hut registration form(such information being the ‘Registration Data’)

Member Account, Password and Security

Following terms are constructed in the best interest of our user’s privacy

• Once you sign up to our website, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for any activities like purchases that occur under your password protected account.
• You agree to be liable for all the activities that occur under your account and to deligently exit from your account at the end of each session.
• You agree to immediately notify Tod’s Hut of any unauthorized use of your password, account or any breach of security.
• Tod’s Hut will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse of your password by any person due to any reason.
• You agree that Tod’s Hut will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Access and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Tod’s Hut is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized users attempting to access these confidential areas of the Tod’s Hut shall be liable to criminal action and/or such other action per applicable laws.

Execution of online orders are subject to the acceptance of the following terms and conditions

• Tod's Hut reserves all the rights to accept or decline orders at its sole discretion.
• We may in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. We will attempt to notify any changes through the given email address and/or phone number.
• Once the order is accepted, it constitutes a binding contract between the user and Todshut.com.
• Once placed, orders cannot be canceled.
• Order must be placed at least 2 days before the expected date of delivery.
• The charges quoted are inclusive of the product, delivery, packing, forwarding. However, it is not inclusive of taxes or other levies.
• Todshut.com reserves all the rights to alter the price of all the products at any time regardless of online sale or not. The prices may increase or decrease or change at its sole discretion.
• If you choose Credit/ Debit card for payment, your name as a customer must be same as the name mentioned on your Credit/Debit card.
• The postal address(es) at which delivery (ies) is/are expected should be accurate, complete and include landmarks. Addresses containing only PO box numbers or incomplete address will not be accepted.
• Tod's Hut is not liable for any damages due to wrong deliveries on account of incorrect name(s), address(es) or other details.
• We do not warrant the quality of any products/services, information or other material purchases by you will meet your expectations. However, our products are subject to exchange according to our Return Policy.
• Tod's Hut is not liable for any damages neither to the user or the receiver due to wear and tear, breakage or defacing of product or package in transit.
• Tod’s Hut reserves the right to alter, append, amend, change and revise any of the terms and conditions or a part of it stated above at any point.
• The above terms and condition and any disputes that arises because of it is governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of republic of India and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Coimbatore alone.
• The users agrees that Tod’s Hut will not be liable for any default, delay or lapse occurring due to reasons of force majeure including war, risk, strike, theft, tempest, terrorist strikes, change of law or any act of God.
• Though we intend to provide the best quality service, we understand you may have some issues with the orders. You can connect with us as per our return and replacement policies as mentioned below.
