We will proceed to ship the products immediately after receiving the order. So orders once places cannot be cancelled.
The products will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders.
All our shipping charges will be included at checkout.
We will not be liable if our shipments are delayed due to unavoidable reasons like festivals, natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.
What are your return and exchange policies?
At Tod's Hut we do not accept return or refund requests.
However we understand that despite our best efforts some things may not meet your expectations. So you can exchange the size.
However you cannot exchange designs or different products.
We don't accept exchange requests for international orders.
Return requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product. So we suggest you take a good look at the product description before placing your order.
What is the exchange criteria?
Products that are too small or too big are eligible for exchange.
Products that are mismatched to the product you ordered or accidentally damaged are eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.
The exchange product must be unused and unwashed.
Only domestic orders within India are eligible for exchange requests.
How do I place an exchange request?
If your product is eligible for the above exchange criteria, you can send us an email at email@example.com with the following information
The order number and the item/items you want to exchange.
Your reason for exchange.
Details about the product you want in place of the returned product like the new size you would like.
Photos of the item.
Pickup address and contact details.
We will respond to your request within 24 to 48 hours.
How soon will I get my exchange item?
Once your exchange is accepted, we will schedule pick up in 2 to 5 days. Once picked up, we will receive the item in our warehouse in 7 to 10 days.
Upon arrival we will check the product for any damage, usage or defects. If the returned item is cleared for exchange, we will dispatch the exchange product within 2 to 5 days.
Disclaimer for exchange
We put the best efforts to display accurate and precise photographs of our products. However the colors of the products may vary slightly because of the lighting and reflection.
Terms and conditions
All the receipts regarding the purchase and exchange will be sent to your registered email address only.
Replacement will be offered based on availability of the stock on the warehouse. If we don't have the product in stock, we will provide you with store credit. You can use it on your next purchase.
We can only process exchange items after we recieve it back at our warehouse for quality check. If you need the product immediately, then it is better to place a new order while we process your exchange request.
