Tod's Hut is all about providing 100% organic cotton clothes in cute prints to babies.

Organic cotton is cotton grown without any dangerous chemicals like genetically modified seeds, pesticides, fertilisers or any other synthetic chemicals that are highly dangerous for the babies.

Why use organic cotton for babies?

Baby's skin is very sensitive and in a developmental stage. It absorbs the chemicals from conventional clothing. Thus organic cotton is the best alternative. Organic cotton is also hypoallergenic and it will also prevent any adverse skin condition related to harsh chemicals. Overall organic cotton is more breathable, gentle and healthy for the infants.

What type of dyes do you use?

We use azo free dyes. Azo Free dyes are dyes that have no chemical compounds that can cause cancer, genetic modification or damage to human reproductive health. We intend to provide products that are 100% safe for the babies.

Does your product shrink?

Shrinking is natural to all cotton clothes. However all our products are made only after taking shrinking into account. So you as our customers don't have to worry about it. We would like to note that exposure to high heat will increase the shrinkage. So we recommend that you air dry the clothes whenever possible.

Is it safe to wash it on a washing machine?

Yes, it's absolutely safe to wash on the washing machine. However, you can increase the lifetime of the product by hand washing the clothes.

Will the prints fade?

You can browse for our products on our website and save the items you like on the product. You can then checkout and proceed to pay. Once the payment is done, you will get an order confirmation message and email.

What happens if the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable?

We will offer store credit equivalent to your order value for which you can buy products at our store.

How long does it take to process your order?

Can I exchange my products?

You can only exchange your product for a smaller or bigger size. You cannot exchange one product for another product. For more information refer to our Shipping and Exchange policy.

Do you gift wrap orders?

Yes, we do gift wrap your order. You can let us know if you want the order gift wrapped with a personal message in the additional information box.

How Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

How Do you charge extra for international shipping?

Our shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. We don't charge anything additional to that.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order

Go to my accounts after you login to your Tod's Hut account.
Click the track order button on the MY Order page.

It will take you to the shipping company's tracking page. You can know your current status of the product. Or you can copy the tracking number and go to the shipping company's website directly and track your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the fast nature of our processing time, it is not possible to cancel your order once placed. You can find more information on our Shipping and Exchange Policy.

Can I return our product if I don't like it?

Unfortunately, we don't offer returns or refunds. You can find more information on our Shipping and Exchange policy.

How can I exchange my product ?

You can easily exchange your products at Tod's Hut by following these steps.

What if I got the wrong product?

If you got a product different from the one you placed an order for, you have to contact us with an order number and a photo at feedback@todhut.com . We will exchange it for the right product based on the availability.

Go to my accounts after you login to your Tod's Hut account
An exchange product button will appear in your my order dashboard after the product is delivered.
You can submit a request to return your product along with a reason for return
Our admin will check your request and approve the return request if the reason is valid.
Then we will arrange with the shipping company to pick up your product. Your exchange product is subjected to the availability in our warehouse.
Your amount will be refunded in 2 to 3 business days after the product has reached our warehouse.
In the meanwhile you can place a new order with your desired products.

Note: If you are exchanging the items for your personal preference alone, then you will have to bear the second shipping charges.

What happens once my product is picked up for return?

Once you have returned your product, you have to wait till the product reaches our warehouse. Once in the warehouse, we will check the returned item. Once we have verified the returned, the refund amount will be credited in your account in one or two business days. In the meanwhile you can place a new order for the required product. If you are returning the items for personal reasons, you will be paying the shipping charges for the new order.

Can I exchange the product for my personal liking?

Yes, you can exchange your product for personal liking. All you have to do is submit an exchange request. Once the request is approved, you can return the product and your amount will be refunded once we have received the product in our warehouse. You can place a new order based on your personal preferences. Note that you have to bear the shipping charges for exchange items on a personal preference.

When will I get my refund?

Once the returned product has reached our warehouse, your amount will be credited in 2 to 3 business days.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we are offer cash on delivery, Kindly referece to shipping page for your final amount.

All transactions are processed over a secure and encrypted connection.

What can I do if the amount is deducted from my account after a cancelled transaction?

You have to wait for two to three business days for the amount to be credited back automatically. If not contact us at feedback@todhut.com.

Can I place a bulk order?

You have to contact us through feedback@todhut.com for orders for more than 25 pieces. We will be happy to assist you with your requirements.
