Our policy lasts 7 days. Returns after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
You can check the eligibility for return by logging into your account and in returns by clicking on “check eligibility” by giving your order ID.
Kindly provide us a reason for return and you are requested to provide us a photo of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify that we have received your return item.
Our inspection team will inspect the product completely and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a couple of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, you need to have a look into your bank account again and then you can contact your bank (Depends upon mode of payment done), because in some cases it may take some time for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.

In case of defective/damaged item received:
If the product has a manufacturing defect (i.e torn, stains, stitched incorrectly) we can either offer a replacement or full refund after inspection (with valid proof).
The customer must inform us within 48 hours after delivery.
Incase of wrong/Incomplete order:
Incase of a wrong/incomplete order sent by us, we will replace the order with correct products.
The whole order amount will be refunded is the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your location. You can modify/cancel your order until your order is shipped. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately offer items cannot be refunded.
All orders will be ready to ship within 2 business days usually. It might take a bit longer if orders are placed on Weekends/Holidays.

All orders are shipped using trusted courier partners such as Fedex, Blue Dart, Delhivery, E-Com Express etc.
Free shipping is provided all over India for all orders.
Once the order is shipped customers will receive a text message or e-mail with the tracking details.
Delivery time for each shipment will be mentioned in the shipping page and in checkout page.
Usually delivery time for metros will take 3-5 business days and for non-metros and for remote areas will take 7-10 working days depends upon the destination.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 2 times before it is returned to our destination. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a valid mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.
We are in the process of setting up international shipping and are not currently offering international orders through our website. However, if you have a requirement, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will try to help you out.
You will be required to pay international shipping charges, and will be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment on arriving in the selected country.
For international orders, once we have shipped the product, we do not accept any cancellations or refunds.
